Polyurethane modules are manufactured from open cast technology, predominantly with a dual-hardness design, for maximum life and performance. Injection-molded TPU for highest possible precision is also available. Injection-molded wear-resistant rubber ensures consistent material performance properties in all rubber modules. Choose between punched or molded apertures. We also offer a wide range of accessories for more effective throughput of fines.

Trellex® PS is a modular system with a long wear life and unique flexibility to improve your screening process.

Trellex® PS conforms to the most widespread modular standard in the world, 305x305 mm (1’x1’), so you get the highest quality screening media in a familiar size that is fast, safe and easy to install.

The rubber and polyurethane compounds used in Trellex 305PS are unique to Metso and the result of decades of dedicated research and development. These highly flexible materials are unbeatable in fighting blinding and pegging, while the robust, heavy-duty steel inserts extend wear life and allow maximum open area. All this adds up to increased availability and uptime for you.
