With portable crushers you can change location whenever you want

Portable crushers, or portable crushing plants, are wheel-mounted crushing machines that are made to process rocks and other hard materials. They can operate independently or as part of a larger fleet. Many portable crusher models can be equipped with an integrated feeder and a screen into the same frame.  

Thanks to transportability, portable crushers commonly open new business opportunities for aggregate contractors, quarry operators, recyclers, and offer flexibility in mining applications.

Depending on the model, portable crushers provide excellent size reduction performance as primary, secondary or tertiary crushers, as well as in fine crushing applications.

Two ranges for different needs

Metso Outotec’s portable crushers offering consists of two ranges, Metso NW™ Series and Metso NW Rapid™ Series.

Customizable Metso NW™ equipment can be tailored to meet specific operational requirements, whereas Metso NW Rapid™ equipment is pre-designed for fast delivery and quick set-up.

Portable jaw crushers

Portable jaw crushers are most commonly used as primary crushers. They are suitable for processing hard rock, soft rock and recycled materials.

Portable cone crushers

Portable cone crushers are developed especially for secondary, tertiary and fine crushing with high productivity. Portable cone crushers can reduce any rock types. 

Portable impact crushers

Portable impact crushers can be divided into two different technologies, portable horizontal shaft impact (HSI) crushers and portable vertical shaft impact (VSI) crushers.

Portable HSI crushers have high reduction ratio and they are commonly used in primary, secondary, and tertiary crushing. Portable VSI crushers, on the other hand, produce precisely shaped cubical end products, and are normally utilized for fine crushing in the last stage of the crushing process.
