The PSI 300i and PSI 500i are market-leading online analyzer systems for mineral slurries with the ability to take samples automatically from up to three process streams. PSI 300i measures particle size in the range of 25–600 µm and PSI 500i measures particle size in the range of 1–500 µm. The size range can be optimized according to the application. The PSI 300i furthermore measures the density and pH of the samples.
We recommend upgrading older PSI200 installations to the latest industry-leading PSI 300i or PSI 500i models. The PSI legacy upgrade includes all the necessary components required to upgrade the existing analyzer to the latest technology. These components are included in the compact size analyzer frame which houses the secondary sampling equipment for 1-3 sample lines, sample pre-mixing tank, measurement sensor head, water handling equipment, and optional measurement equipment.
