Pallet Car Spring Seal Element, Slide Bar and Slide Rail

Our slide bars have been designed to increase the lifetime of stationary slide rails and require no additional maintenance cycles. The slide rails are made of a robust material that reduces wear and tear on slide rails. The spring seal element is self-adjusting, keeping the seal tight and preventing air leakage, decreasing energy costs and increasing production efficiency.

Spring seal element

Spring seal element consists of housing with conical springs and slide bar
The seal is self-adjusting to keep the seal tight and prevent air leakage
The housing is enclosed with cover plates to avoid blocking by pellets
Complete assembly replacement is easy with a bolted design

Slide bar

Slide bar available in various material options to suit customer and production requirements
Annual slide bar wear rates vary between 0,1 to 1 mm (subject to material, operation and lubrication conditions)

Slide rail

Slide rails are bolted on longitudinal beams
Rail types and different lengths:
Start / Normal / End / Normal cut-out / short rails
Entire slide track slide rails replacement recommended to:
- avoid false air leakage due to even pallet car run
- avoid damages on pallet car spring seals
The slide rails lifetime approx. 6 to up to 10 years
(subject to material, operation and lubrication conditions)
Long slide rail lifetime ensures long maintenance intervals, which is time-consuming and costly to replace
