Outotec completes divestment of certain sludge incineration technologies

Following the announcement on December 10, 2019 to divest three businesses, Outotec has concluded an agreement to sell certain municipal and industrial sludge incineration plant technologies to Küttner Martin Technology GMBH, based in Germany.

The transaction entails technology and references. The parties have agreed not to disclose the value of the transaction.
