Metso Outotec establishes a Euro Medium Term Note programme

Metso Outotec Corporation has established a EUR 2,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note (“EMTN”) programme. The Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier has approved the base prospectus for the programme on 13 November 2020, which will be available on the website of Luxembourg Stock Exchange at www.bourse.lu/issuer/MetsoOut/100755 and on Metso Outotec’s website at www.mogroup.com/investors/reports-and-presentations.

Metso Outotec has mandated Citigroup Global Market Limited to act as an arranger of the EMTN programme.

The proceeds from the notes issued under the programme will be used to fund general corporate purposes.
