The stabilisation period in the offering of Outokumpu Technology shares has ended

THE STABILISATION PERIOD IN THE OFFERING OF OUTOKUMPU TECHNOLOGY SHARES HAS ENDED


Nordea Bank Finland plc, the Stabilisation Manager and Global Coordinator of the Initial Public Offering of Outokumpu Technology, has carried out stabilisation measures with Outokumpu Technology share. The stabilisation started on 10 October 2006 and ended on 8 November 2006.


The stabilisation was carried out in the following price ranges:


10 October 2006    EUR 12.45 - 12.50


The stabilisation period has ended and no further stabilisation measures will be carried out.
