Focusing on what’s critical to your success

Liner replacement is a major maintenance activity for your grinding circuit. A reline can make-or-break your shutdown, either saving you valuable time or costing you production. Metso Outotec’s new local reline team focuses on what’s critical to your success:

  • Safety – Our team operates under strict safety procedures, always
  • Uptime – We work efficiently to shorten relines and ensure reliability
  • Planning – We use best practices from hundreds of global installations
  • Resources Our trained experts save you time and fills gaps in your process
  • Accountability – If unexpected issues occur, Metso Outotec will take immediate action

Each relining project is tailored according to your specific needs, including factors such as mill type, size, and operational history. The reline team specializes in liner changes, new installations, and decommissioning or dismantling of end-of-life equipment. The work scope can cover full or partial relines. A full scope reline includes reline and shutdown planning, and a complete crew offering execution, management, and production ramp-up. We can also provide liners and design optimization for more efficient relines that reduce your operational and maintenance costs.

With a range of relining services to choose from, you can find an option that suits your needs, no matter the project scope, liner type, or brand of equipment. We also offer end-to-end services for crushers.
