Since January, the my.metso.com Parts Store has been used by our accredited distributors in the Aggregates and Pumps businesses – and soon also in Waste Recycling – to quickly find parts and relevant data, request quotations, and place orders. With the advanced search features, users can also easily track and manage their parts quotations and orders.

And this is exactly what we had in mind when designing my.metso.com; our distributors are able to manage their online business even from their smart phone. The intuitive design of the new online tool allows easy access to all features and information, and the enriched content makes it easy to quickly find what you are looking for.
To ensure the best possible user experience, we use an agile approach in the development of my.metso.com. We regularly gather user feedback and ideas for enhancement and release new, valuable features that improve the overall user experience. The platform will also grow to include new capabilities such as the Equipment Store for new equipment configuration, quotation and ordering.

- Email your request to join my.metso.com to: my.metso.support@metso.com
- We’ll arrange an onboarding info call for a walk-through and instructions
- Login credentials and access info to 24/5 support will be sent to you via email
- Start using my.metso.com
- And last, but not least: provide feedback and ideas for improvements metso.support@metso.com
Please note that access to ISA, the previous Metso e-commerce solution, will be closed during 2018. We will notify the users well in advance.
