Metso Outotec closes the divestment of its Waste Recycling business

Metso Outotec has today successfully completed the divestment of its Waste Recycling business to Ahlström Capital. The Waste Recycling business continues its operations under M&J Recycling, and its headquarters is in Horsens, Denmark.

Uffe Hansen, previously a member of Metso Outotec’s Executive team (MOET) will as earlier announced continue heading the Waste Recycling business and his employment at Metso Outotec and as member of MOET will end.

The divestment was announced on July 16, 2021.
