Outotec's Capital Markets Day 2009 on June 5 in Frankfurt, Germany

CMD 2009 program comprises of presentations and a visit to Outotec's
Researh Center in Frankfurt. Presentations will be held on June 5
between 8.00-12.30 CEST and can be viewed via a live web cast at
www.outotec.com/investors. In the afternoon, there will be a visit to
the Outotec's Frankfurt Research Center.

The presentations and presentation material will be also later
published on the company's web site for on-demand viewing.
